today is tuesday, august fourth. Meaning two days ago my life was finally completed.
I went to Winnipeg with my dearest friend Amanda Paraschuk anticipating the long awaited arrival of Blink 182. Now, I knew I was in for an absolutely amazing show but what I got was even more. I witnessed the show of a life time. Now, I know Braydan will say something about S&F here, and sure I can just imagine how freekin' awesome it was, but he didn't attend THIS show, so he actually has no idea how epic it was. Blink 182 was the creation of ... 'alternative' music if you may. They inspired anyone who now listens to anything within radius of the 'hardcore' genre. You can't even deny it.
My tickets were for section 122, row 1, seat 1. Which is yes, slightly behind the floor section. But that didn't dampen the epicness of the experience. Wow, I can't even explain to it's fullest depth, because the only way you would understand is if you were there yourself. I actually cried when they played. I was so mezmerized. (I love that I can't spell that). I even asked Travis Barker to have my children. My cell phone is literally FULL of video footage including, but not limited to, Travi's fucking EPIC drum solo which was equipped with a rising/spinning platform. Holy balls of Jesus himself, it was an experience.
It's so wild how someone that you have absolutely no factual information on, can be your biggest inspiration. Wow. I know you can all agree to that.
Anyways.
mucho luv.
peaaaaaaaaace out.
Ps. I just bought a badass Etnies backpack.
